ValiKom

Support offer

The project ValiKom (Validation of non-formally and informally acquired competences) tries to identify, document, evaluate and certify professionally relevant competences.

The idea of the project is aimed at people without a formal vocational qualification. The procedure developed and tested in the ValiKom project enables the evaluation and certification (validation) of occupation-relevant competences.

Following the procedure, a certificate is issued by a Chamber of Crafts, a Chamber of Industry and Commerce or a Chamber of Agriculture.

ProfilPass

Support offer

With the ProfilPass it is possible to create a personal competence profile and to make one’s own knowledge, ability and competences visible for planning professional development, as preparation for (re-)entry into professional life and as a planning aid for professional and personal orientation.

The ProfilPASS is a possibility to make your personal competence profile visible and to link it with your own needs and plans. For this purpose, the competences are systematically determined and reflect experiences from the areas of family, leisure and voluntary work as well as professional development. The combination of these different areas makes it possible to create a personal competence profile.

The ProfilPass is offered by the DIE – Deutsches Institut für Erwachsenenbildung (German Institute for Adult Education)
