Maison de l‘Emploi

The “Maison de l’Emploi” is working on the implementation of employment policies at local level, coordinating the actions of the different actors in their territory (Lille Metropole).

The purpose of “Maison de l’Emploi” is to promote the coordination and complementarity of local public and private actors in the field of employment policy. They must also develop a shared territorial diagnosis, monitor the labor market and anticipate economic changes. The aim is to foster employment and professional integration on the territory in question.

Pôle emploi is the main public employment service in France. It offers financial support and job-search assistance.

Support offer

Bildungswerke are organisations within the federal states which have specialised in helping as service providers with the job search.

The range of support offers a broad spectrum of different measures to support the individual.
In addition to support for applications (application management), there are retraining and support measures as well as additional qualification offers, help with job placement, support offers for people with disabilities and support for (re)integration.
In addition, the respective offers are divided into different groups (see target group) and offer as specific support measures and offers as possible.
